Welcome to WEBERS WIKINGER
WEBERS WIKINGER in Wiesbaden offers a unique ambience in all seasons.
In winter, our restaurant has a cozy fireside feel. It seats over 105, accommodating 45 guests on the first floor and 60 in the gallery, and is ideal for celebrations at any time
of year.
In the summer you can eat on one of the Old Town’s loveliest terraces.

Our meat is delivered fresh every day!
We’re known especially for our outstanding South American steaks, which are served
on hot stones or perfectly grilled to
your precise order.
Fish
Our filleted fish is wonderfully fresh and
cooked with pinpoint accuracy. You can
choose between filet of salmon,
zander or monkfish.
Schnitzels
We have a wide range of outstanding
schnitzels, including coconut, apricot
or camembert schnitzel or traditional
schnitzel with fried potatoes, fried egg
and fried onions.
WEBERS WIKINGER GIN
Our handcrafted GIN is an aromatic
mix of juniper and citrus and available
directly from our restaurant. Our GIN makes
the perfect present – or you can simply
take it home and enjoy.
Seasonal cuisine
We offer delicious seasonal dishes
for every time of year, fresh asparagus or
exquisite chanterelle mushrooms, for
example. In autumn and winter we also
serve wild game and goose dishes.

WIKINGER honey nougat parfait,
which is only available in
